Ameci Pizza and Pasta

Love their pizza, lasagna, and garlic bread. They have a fast delivery and will always give you some type of deal or let you know about their specials. They have a good amount of seating in side and out and have a huge menu.

In a town that relies on 5 dollar hot and now pizza, it is really nice to have a proper pizza place to chose from. There are several options on the menu that are pretty tasty but you have to consider… are you willing to pay for quality of quantity? My wife and I will always chose Amerci for their quality. The restaurant, cleanliness, and staff are great!
I would give them a perfect rating if they were a bit quicker and the pricing was a little cheaper.

While the pizza is good their service is the worst. Constantly forgetting items has taken its toll. Recently, they forgot to send a soda. When we called them they said they ran out never thinking to call us or suggest an alternative. The guy kept saying we didn’t charge you for it and if you want another beverage it will be $ 5.95. We refuse to ever order from them again. We will switch back to Dominos where at least they always have pepper and parmesan cheese with them. For frozen pizzas
will be our goto for treats. It’s less money and tastes amazing!

Updated Review: I was contacted by the owner about my recent experience and he wanted to make things right. Boy did he! Not only did he make us another pizza the way we want it half and half, but also comped us drinks and chicken munchers. That’s customer service! We’re very happy and extremely impressed by the professionalism.

I have been traveling to Fillmore from NorCal for work and as a result, I spend a good deal of time eating in restaurants.
It’s always nice to find a place that I enjoy, which serves good food at a reasonable price… That is consistently enjoyable.
I usually visit Amici’s at least once a week when in town.
Great pizza and calzones… I recommend the combination pizza! Very good!

The staff is great and everyone is friendly. The food is always great. By far best pizza in town and glad to know you guys use the sliced sausage.

Good pizza, lousy customer service. Everytime I walk in there I get the feeling NO ONE wants to be there. I always get greeted with a half ass smile

First timer and I have to say it surprised me. The location is questionable since its kind of tucked away but dont let that faze you. It’s delicious slightly greasy but hey it’s pizza so a little grease never hurt. ENJOY

Just tried this Amecis in Fillmore. The entrees were under $ 10 and gave pretty large portions for what we got (lasagne, garlic cheese bread, and a good, crisp salad, plus pizza). The pizza selection was not unusual, but it was decent, and the dough was made in-​house (we asked). It was very clean, and there was a comfortable area (with television) to sit and eat there if you wanted to.

Disappointed tonight. We are usually weekly customers but tonight the service was not good. I placed my pick up order and ordered 2 personal pizzas. The guy I spoke with did not repeat the order back to me or give me the cost just Ina hurry said it would be ready in 20 mins. So my husband heads over to pick it up and finds they made small pizzas instead of personals and when he tells her we ordered personals her response is well then I can throw these ones away and make new ones. I’m disappointed there was no apology and it’s very rude to ask us to wait another 15 mins for your mistake. Of course my husband declined and paid for the small sizes but now we have food that’s wasted.

We were very happy to find this Ameci’s at the end of a crazy drive on Highway 23 through the mountains coming there from the coast. This is the nicest Ameci’s I’ve been in – with a sit down restaurant-​style area inside and tables and chairs on the outdoor patio as well. (There was a nice view of the hills across the street, too – it was sunset when we got there).Everything looked very clean and the room had a cheerful, inviting feel (not always the case when you’re picking up a quick meal on the road).
The staff was busy, but pleasant, and the service was prompt. My friend ordered the lasagna and said it «tasted fresh». I got a «White Knight pizza” – and really liked it – good crust, chopped tomatoes on top rather than tomato sauce, ricotta (which I really liked) garlic, and then, of course, mozzarella. At the table, I added some parmesan and some red pepper flakes. I also had asked for basil on it which I was glad to see was fresh, not dried.
The pizza was nice and hot, and it smelled so good when it came out of the kitchen. (I also liked how you can see the kitchen – mostly stainless steel and, again, very clean – from the dining area. The restaurant is very open and, as I mentioned before, very clean. Maybe because I eat out so often – and see where so often this isn’t the case, even in very expensive places – I always appreciate it when cleanliness is obviously important, not just in the front of the house, but also – especially – in the kitchen.)
We also had a salad – green, crisp, fresh – and a side of their cheese bread which was also good, with a generous amount of melted mozzarella on it. I was a little surprised by the prices – nearly every individual entrée was under $ 10, – very good prices, especially in this part of Southern California. We were comfortable and relaxed while we ate, finishing our meal while watching the first game of the World Series. All in all it was a very good experience at Ameci’s in Fillmore.

Good Food not much of a selection here in Fillmore. I ordered a hot turkey sandwich and it was really good. This place is very clean. Great customer service.

They charge .75 cents for soda refills and so I will never go back. No one charges for refills and if we let restaurants start doing that then everyone will start to charge for refills. The only way to keep them all from charging for refills is to not give them business when they do try to charge and to let them know that’s why they’re no longer getting your business. I will not go back to this Ameci’s ever again. They’re just being greedy.
