Action Air specializes in the service, replacement, installation, repair and maintenance of heating and cooling systems as well as air duct cleaning, attic insulation and water heater installation for homes and businesses in central Indiana. Our HVAC repair technicians are clean cut, drug free, highly trained and respectful. We stand behind our repairs and offer a full two year warranty on any part we install. We have technicians on call 24⁄7 to take care of any emergency calls that happen after regular business hours.

Family owned and operated, owners are on site every day making sure our clients get the great service they deserve. Action Air is an HVAC company specializing in the service, replacement, installation and maintenance of Heating, Air Conditioning and Indoor Air Quality systems for homes and businesses. We also offer air duct cleaning, water heater installation and attic insulation. Our technicians are clean cut, drug free, highly trained and respectful. Our office staff is polite, knowledgeable and prepared to assist our clients in any way necessary. Our goal is to make every client a satisfied client.

Action Air was established in Indianapolis 1986 by Kandie and John Dinger. We moved to our current location in Fishers, IN in 2001. In 2005 we became partners with Gary Sylvester, and today all partners work in the business each day to assure our clients get the great service they have come to expect. We pride ourselves on our exceptional team of technicians and office staff that are dedicated to keeping our clients comfortable and exceeding their expectations.

I called yesterday after a couple of weeks with no AC in this Indy humidity! They put me on a cancellation list which I was already on a few but just trying to get someone as quick as possible. I have a 100 pound Great Pyrenees who was not enjoying the heat either. To my surprise they called and could get me in same day! Mitchell showed up and was very nice, easy to speak with and very friendly with all my crazy dogs. It started thundering and lightening with rain coming any minute. He worked as quick as possible to get my AC recharged and got completely soaked finishing up! But he finished and was still smiling. The work was finished for less than 6 quotes and estimates I had received! He also sold me on a warranty they carry that offers 2 service calls a year and they make sure the system is working good. SOLD! Thank you Mitchell and Action Air!

Fantastic customer service, super nice staff from the person answering the phone (I forgot her name) to the two technicians that came to my house (Jeff & CJ). Very knowledgeable and quick. It’s a locally owned company which is also nice. They were the most professional people to ever service my AC (I’ve had a few). Would highly recommend.

When our warranty company was not honest with us, we seeked out a second opinion from Action Air. A technician from Action Air promptly came out and fixed the issue with no problem. Highly recommend this company!

Nick showed up promptly when your furnace went out on a Friday evening. He was very courteous, helpful and thorough, corrected issues apparently created by inadequate maintenance performed by the previous technician, explained what the problem was and what he did to fix it. He also provided a recommendation regarding an ageing humidifier unit, but without a sales pitch. He was an exceptional representative for Action Air.

We just had our yearly air conditioner check up as part of the Service Club. They are always very thorough and I have been happy with every technician that has been here. We purchased a new AC unit through them last year and the sales individual was very honest, very informative. I’m sure we will continue to be customers for years.

Action Air rode to the rescue when our furnace failed on an unusually cold April morning. A technician came out and analyzed the failure and the diagnosis was that the furnace had failed and needed to be replaced.
The technician called Mark who came right over and helped me find the best possible solution for my new furnace need and scheduled the installation of a new furnace for the following morning.
This morning Nick and Justin came out, dismantled and disposed of the old unit and installed the new. The installation was done very well and they left a clean worksite.
I have used Action Air for the past 4 years to keep the old unit going as long as possible and I will certainly continue to use them in the future.

Nick of Action Air arrived on a Sunday morning when our furnace quit running to check it out. He worked on a solution and then returned a second time to make sure it was running again. He then coordinated a «new parts» process and arrived a third time to place the new and guaranteed component in place.
