Established in 2005.

Founded by Lynn Uptgraft in 2005, this program was designed for anyone who might desire to start, change, recreate, or alter a career path. Our hands on training program gives students all the tools necessary to start a career in dental assisting in 3 months. Our program is in high demand. Graduates are typically finding jobs days upon graduation in some of the most prestigious dental offices around Indianapolis and Central Indiana.

Business Owner

I am a licensed dental hygienist with over 30 years’ experience in dental hygiene, dental assisting, and office management. I graduated from dental assisting school in 1985, upon which I began working as a dental assistant and front office hygiene coordinator. I then graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1990 with a dental hygiene degree. Since, I have been a dental hygienist, working with various dental software, and establishing continuing care programs for new and developing offices all around Indianapolis. Including scheduling and coordinating front and back office duties. Now I am providing a training program for you, which includes hands-​on learning with the tools, equipment, and computer software to develop your skills for today’s dentistry.
