This seems like a nice venue. We were there for the B105 Rick Springfield concert and we got in and out fine. It was clean and seemed like a lot of space. I heard the bathroom lines were super ridiculous so never even went. They did open up the city building so people could use it. I really felt like the venue had no bad seats. We did bring our own, but could clearly see the stage and the sound was great. It was a perfect intimate setting, but still had a lot of people. On the other hand B105 did an awful job with the actual running of this show. They said no umbrellas yet when it rained it looked like everyone but the people I was with had them. So while the shower only lasted 15 minutes we were left soaking wet. Someone even had a HUGE beach umbrella. I guess even though they said on FB absolutely no outside food or umbrellas, no one was actually checking. I wish I had brought a bottle of water since the line for food and drinks was also very long. I was not waiting in line for 1.5 hours for a slice of pizza. For the crowd that was there. Security also wouldn’t tell people not to smoke, but they finally announced from the stage no smoking. There was also an issue with people rushing the stage right as the concert started and blocking the VIP area and no one would do anything about it. We were seated very close to that are and people who had won the VIP section were very upset. Rick put on a great show, but I would never go to an event hosted by B105 again. I hope to come back for another show that is not hosted by B105 to see if there is a difference.

What more does the town council like to spend our money on other than such a necessary public works as this: oh wait, a 23% raise for the town president. This stands as another sign of big government. Couldn’t the private sector do this just as well if not better? As a true republican I don’t believe in these vendor handouts or more government than we need. I bet you soon we will have to start paying the salaries of a town art council… Oh wait…
