We make fresh guacamole!, pico de gallo, salsa verde, baked tostadas, lime pie, and more. We specialized in fresh and ready to eat food, so none of our products have preservatives or artificial colorings. They are gluten and dairy free as well.

We do farmers markets and festivals. Our big SUCCESS is bringing healthier foods options to any event we attend. We are proud of that and many customers have thanked us for that!

History

Established in 2012.

My name is Myriam Boyer, owner of guacamolé! I am originally from the beautiful mountain city of Monterrey, Mexico, but now I proudly call Indianapolis, IN my home! I originally came to Indy to get my MBA at Butler University, but ended up with a husband and 2 beautiful children instead.

We really enjoy socializing. We frequently have guests over to the house to hang out, have a couple of drinks and enjoy a few laughs. As part of our epic and festive gatherings, we always serve our freshly made guacamole, pico de gallo and salsa verde — tons of it. Needless to say, we always run out — and fast… Our guests kept telling us things like, «This is SOOOOOOO good, you SHOULD SELL this» or, «I would pay a ton of money for this.» After hearing these things over and over again and being asked to cater for some events, we figured, «What the heck? Let’s do it!

So in 2012 guacamolé! was born and many worlds have been guac’ed ever since!
