While this state-​of-​the-​art Honda Dealership is the newest in the greater Indianapolis area, it is an evolution of the 1st exclusive Honda Automobile Dealership in Indiana, Honda West that opened in 1979. The same family and terrific associates that brought you Honda West are now Honda of Fishers.

The first priority of this family owned business is to provide a low pressure, family-​oriented environment where it is simply comfortable to buy a new or used Honda at a great price. Established in 2013.

Thirty Four years ago in Indianapolis, IN a family owned and operated Honda dealership was built, now known as Honda West. Since that time Honda West has become one of the elite car dealers in Indiana and the United States. Honda West offers the very best in customer service in both Sales & Service. Our customer base and family of employees had grown in such numbers that Honda West became to small to operate daily business; therefore Honda of Fishers was born! In June of 2013 the family relocated all business to the wonderful community of Fishers, Indiana. As our number of customers and employee grows we continue to strive to be the best business ethically and morally. Come see us in Fishers and enjoy our family-​friendly business.

My grandfather built Honda West 34 years ago this past May, what he may or may not of known was that Honda West would become one of the best car dealers/​local business in the Indianapolis area. We changed the way people purchase and service their vehicles. Treat them like they’re family! So over the years the business grew and I grew with it. I started learning how to clean cars and prepare them for our customers. After high school I attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH earning a degree in Entrepreneurship and Psychology; and meeting my amazing wife. I wasn’t to sure what road I would pick after graduating but it eventually led me back to the family business. I’m so so so proud of my family and what we have done to incorporate the «family-​friendly» environment into the car business. Family is where the heart is and we now get to share it in Fishers and the surrounding communities. I look forward to meeting you at our New Honda of Fishers!

They won’t give you the time of day «after buying a car». Very disappointed in a rattle trap crv that shakes rattles and roles. I wound up with a vibrator on wheels and no one seems to care. I think everyone needs to know that Honda is selling these vehicles without disclosure… They are nice to you, until you demand an answer of what the he** is going on, then, ignored.
The great reviews here are because they send you the link to do a review on them but this is not the case if they know you are an unhappy buyer. Go read other sites before you rely on these reviews that are from only the happy people… Its a fast ran busines that wants your money, and get you out as quick as possible. try calling them later. the manager NEVER returns calls. andf I talked to many unhappy owners sitting and waiting and the real stories are right there.
I had Toyota before, hands down better than Honda.
Every dealership gets presidents award at some point. Just like anything else.
They are no different than any other dealship… they even screwed up my contract and said I was the lender. I have not yet signed off on the addendum as of yet since I am seeking legal help for being sold a car that has major issues.
They look at you as a paycheck and could care less once you drive away.
Big Mistake. I will never trust dealerships again. Especially Honda for ignoring this whole situation.

I’ve been utilizing the services of Honda Fishers since they opened up in 2013. Their location is very convenient for me (a few miles from home) and the fact that I can schedule my service online is a HUGE bonus for me.
Thursday evening, the day before my scheduled service, I logged on to their site to confirm my appointment and I decided to see if they had any deals underway for new cars. I’ve had my same Honda CR-​V (original owner) for 13 years and have been thinking for awhile about buying or leasing new. Lucky me — they were indeed running a deal on new 2015 vehicles. I skimmed through their inventory, sent off a contact request, indicating that I would be in Friday afternoon for a service visit and wanted to chat more about my options for a new vehicle. By the time I woke up in the morning, I had received a reply from a real person (John Cowles) and I was set up to see a salesperson (David Dausch).
The salesperson part is where we all cringe in this process, right? With David, he was friendly and professional. I felt no pressure. I didn’t feel like a number/​quota. That right there is reason enough to make your new vehicle purchase from this dealership.
The finance guy (and my apologies for not recalling his name) was also great to work with. We talked about which options were available and I was thrilled to be able to choose the direction of my financing.
The entire process (from meeting David to leaving the lot), once I decided what vehicle I wanted, took less than 2 hours (30 minutes of that was me ducking out to step into a conference call for work).
I don’t know if this is considered a long, average, or short period of time in the buy category however for me — it seemed like a very short period of time… one in which I didn’t feel pressured at ALL.

Purchased my first car here recently. This is a pretty typical dealership filled with extremely well-​trained and experienced salesmen. They know how to get the most out of the cars, so be sure to bring along someone that is good with negotiating!
I went there a couple of times to test drive the car I ended up purchasing. The first time, my salesman was horrible. He took the «judging someone within the first few seconds» a bit too literally as I feel he didn’t think I was serious about purchasing.
Sadly for him, the second salesman I was paired with blew the first guy out of the water and helped seal the deal.
Overall, a pleasant experience but nothing out of the ordinary at this dealership!

We recently bought a car from Honda Fishers and couldn’t be happier with the car and the entire process from start to finish. The customer service is excellent and at no point did we feel pressure to buy, add warranties, etc. like at other dealerships we have bought from. Tim Goodman and Dan Risacher were who we communicated with the whole time and they were absolutely wonderful to talk to and made the whole process as easy as possible, thank you!

I bought a car from Larry Norman in March 2014. I purchased a 2002 Honda Accord. Larry was great at the time of sale. After I bought the car I found out it had one incompetent cylinder, which Larry failed to mention. When I called about the problem, Larry was not helpful. When I came in to discuss what could be done, Larry was not helpful. When I came in again to inquire, Larry failed to say hi or help at all. The dealership fixed the problem, then returned the car with a new set of problems. I had to take my car back twice to fix problems that should have been taken car of before the car was sold. The second time, gas was spraying all over the engine, and driving it was very dangerous. This dealership does NOT have it together. They made a completely dishonest sale to me. Go to Penske.

Only open in Fishers for 2 months as of August 2013 (this was formerly Honda Indy at 38th Street), this place still has the new building smell. Really nicely appointed waiting room with comfy chairs (some with desks so you can take your laptop), a giant TV, and a Keurig coffee bar all make the waiting around while you’re having your car serviced a little less painful.
The WIFI password wasn’t posted anywhere, so I had to go to the cashier to inquire about it — she seemed annoyed that I asked. I was in and out pretty quickly for my $ 29.99 oil change (can’t beat that price, especially at a dealership! And they don’t hassle you about your supposedly dirty air filters, marked-​up windshield wipers, etc.). At check-​out, the cashier again seemed annoyed … maybe she was just having a bad day.
Overall, pretty decent for a car dealership.
