After being a patient here for about 6 months I feel it is time for a review. They have consistently been disappointing to work with and I would not recommend them to ANYONE. They have no interest in helping you actually get the care you need. After taking 2 months to get an OBGYN referral I came to my appointment only to learn that they do not accept my insurance. Please be aware this referral came from my primary phycisian who has all my insurance information, the person who set my appointment explained that I was 100% covered for what I needed, and they even prescribed medication for me to take prior to coming in. It wasn’t until I was in the OB office that they started asking more questions and quickly told me that they do not accept the insurance and I would have to leave.
I spoke with several people in each office that did not seem phased or concerned by this. It seems to be a common mistake and I was told to do better research in my coverage. As a patient I put a lot of trust into my doctor and medical staff to provide guidance withy healthcare. It is clear to me today, after being treated so poorly, that they are not going to be the providers I choose to see any further. After spending an hour trying to find out who was responsible for this all I have is a lot of excuses, passing on of blame, a list of other referred doctors that may or may not accept my insurance, and a lot of wasted time.
