So good so far. Staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance request was handled in a timely fashion. Quiet place to live and not bad on the price. Hopefully the enjoyment continues until next year.

Great complex with a friendly staff.
No major issues or complaints with neighbors or the unit we lived in. Clean, quiet and convenient. Only complaint were the short-​lease rates.
The part of the complex we lived in feature tall trees with plenty of shade. Not too common in most apartment complexes.
Grocery, gas, and food all within 1-​minute of the complex. Three shopping malls within 10 – 20 minutes too.
If for whatever reason I had to downsize and move back into an apartment, WoB would be my choice.

This is a great apartment complex. I’ve never had a problem with staff or maintenance issues. I had a leak running into my kitchen on a Sunday and the maintenance man on call returned my call immediately and was willing to come and repair it. It ended up being ok and could wait until monday, but this is a great example of how the staff is always willing to help. The atmosphere and surroundings are awesome… old trees, lots of shade, ponds… a great place to live if you’re looking for an apartment on the north side of Indy.
