History

Established in 1992.

Dr. Gary Walker has been practicing Dentistry since 1989. In 1992 Dr. Becky and Dr. Gary were married and started Walker Dentistry together in Fishers in 1992. They work together as husband and wife Dentist team and over the years have assembled a very caring and well experienced staff that averages over 17 years experience in the field. The new state of the art facility for Walker Dentistry was built in 2000.

Business Owner

Dr. Gary Walker is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry and has been practicing since 1989. He holds the position of faculty practioner at the Indiana School of Dentistry. Dr. Gary is a Cerec Trainer for Sirona and Patterson Dental, teaching other Dentists how to use digital CAD/​CAM technology. He is also a Spear Education Faculty Club member. Dr. Gary is among a special group of Indiana Dentists who provide over a half million dollars of free dental care annually to Indiana’s disabled citizens. He also enjoys supporting the community by educating local athletes on the importance of proper mouth guard protection and has supplied free professional mouth guards to local athletic teams for over 16 years.

Our entire family appreciates the dental services of Dr. Gary and Dr. Becky. After our move to the area, we were concerned about finding a dentist who could handle our young teen twins’ dental anxiety. We’re so happy we found Walker Dentistry per many great recommendations and have been their patients for almost 5 years!
The office staff Is also so welcoming and always willing to answer questions.
The waiting room is cozy (there’s even coffee) plus there’s a play area for the little ones.
The hygienists take great care during cleanings to be gentle yet thorough.
Both Dr. s are very considerate with scheduling major dental work. They’re genuinely looking out for our family’s best dental health.
Our entire family trusts Dr. Gary & Dr. Becky and highly recommend them.

My last experience with a dentist was terrible and I think I’m finally over my dentist-​phobia after my appointment today at Walker Dentistry. Dr. Becky is very friendly and super smart; she really knows her stuff. Lindsey cleaned my teeth and she is absolutely wonderful. I’m so glad to have my teeth feel this clean again. I would definitely recommend this office to anybody who needs a dentist in this area.

Just went to my first appt. I absolutely am grateful for genuine professionals. They got me in and out within 25 minutes. The staff was so nice. The dentist gave me hope for a great recovery. None of them judged me as my past experiences at other dental offices do. I near cried simply because its been years since I’ve felt comfortable with talking about my teeth and their structure. Looking forward to going back on Oct 31st to start my cleaning plan and get my referrals to the orthodontist that can get me the smile that my teeth was meant to have. Amazing dentist! Came from another dentist with persistent tooth pain. Dr Gary was so patient and really listened. After working on my tooth he even sat down and explained what he had done, found and thought in terms I would understand. He was so amazing and VERY thorough! Amazing dentist… Can’t say that enough! I had my first appointment with Dr. Gary a couple to few years ago when I had really bad tooth pain in one of my front teeth. I was pretty sure at the time that I needed a root canal, and I didn’t have a dentist. I hadn’t been to the dentist in years. A coworker recommended Dr. Gary, and they got me in that day. From that point, I could tell that everyone at Walker dentistry was very thorough, and Dr. Gary was determined to make sure the job was done perfectly.
From that point, I made him my dentist. I’ve seen him for some dental work that was needed (I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, and I really do not take the best care of my teeth), I’ve had regular cleanings, and his whole staff is thorough and positive. They are all very concerned with your comfort. They don’t make you feel bad if your teeth and gums aren’t in top shape, but they give you the information and the options to have the best oral health.
I had my athletic mouthguard made here, and it was around $ 60. Other teammates dentists charged double or even triple that amount. They also let me keep the mold, so I’m sure the next will be cheaper. My mouthguard is the best, fits perfectly. I can wistle, talk, and drink water with it in.
Every time I leave from an appointment, I leave happy.

Moreover, Doctor Gary & Doctor Becky believe that their patients comfort is a high priority. My entire family goes there, and we have for many years. I also happen to know that their retention rate fo patients is nearly 100% ~ that’s no coincidence…
