Specializing in New American cuisine and other culinary delights. We source most of our ingredients from local farmers and creameries and use as many local hudson valley purveyors as possible. The promise we make to our customers is to provide them with the freshest ingredients that are seasonably available and do so by purchasing locally whenever possible.

History

Established in 2011.

It has been quite a ride since we opened our doors in July of 2011. Our goal from the very get-​go was to source most of our ingredients from local farmers & creameries and thus, use as many local Hudson Valley purveyors as possible. We have succeeded, as many of the ingredients of our entrees come from Farms such as Lawrence Farms, Taliaferro Farms, Meadowbrook Farms, Sprout Creek Farm and many others!
