Worst experience I have had with a Groupon deal. Bought this for a surprise gift and my scheduled trip was cancelled an hour before the flight due to mechanical issues. They told ME to call back the next day to reschedule (which, I think is a bit lacking in customer service) Things happen though… fast forward to 3 weekends later. We were re-​scheduled for a Saturday at 6pm — I called in the morning to confirm and left a message, but it was never returned. Assumed they were out on a flight so drove the 45 minutes for the flight to find no one in the office. Left a voicemail and have yet to hear back from the company. Also, they say they will call you day before flight to confirm and it didnt happen for me. If you think you’re going to get a live person when you call, think again. They rarely answer the phone. I get they just changed locations, but get it together or don’t schedule flights… Luckily got my money back from Groupon. AVOID!
