History

Established in 1985.

For twenty years I was an active successful real estate investor buying, selling and managing real estate for my own privately held company in the state of Maine. Then, my wife and I enjoyed a midlife sabbatical during which we lived aboard our boat. Our travels took us all over the eastern seaboard from the Florida Keys to the Canadian Maritimes. We spent years exploring the Great Lakes as well as the interior canal systems of both the United States and Canada before stopping at the Palm Coast Marina in 2002.

Instantly we fell in love with Flagler county and never left.
