Clean, decent pricing, secure. All the things you need for storage. What really set the place above the rest is Lezlie the manager… She helped me figure out the right siZe of unit when I didn’t have a clue. She monitors the grounds regularly which makes me feel like my belongings are protected and she was sweet enough to come greet me and my movers with water when I was moving out. Superior service, thank you!

There is an angel… thank you soooo much Lezlie C. (mgr), for caring enough for me and my unsual situation. You have went above and beyond what ANY of my own family memebers could ever do for me in a time like this. The crazy thing was you didn’t even want anything in return for all of the hurdles I’ve put you through. Your act of kindness is 1 in a million. You’ve went out of your way in the middle of the night to help assist with the 3 storage I’ve rented. BTW… thanks so much for the bottled water, it was much needed. You have a BIG heart, it would be such a wonderful world if everyone can give a little act of kindness to one another every now and then.

The staff are easy to deal with, the place is clean… it was a great experience and highly recommended. I move out in the middle of June, but I would come back if I ever needed to. Thank you for the great service Armour Self Storage.

Armour has been smooth from the start ~ 4.5 yrs ago, when we moved to Hawaii. Organized, always pleasant office staff are consistently helpful & friendly — just like today with Natalia! I liked the pre-​paid annual deal which cut off a month of rent. As far as storage places go, Armour may not be the cheapest, but they are friendly, & helpful, with a secure feel.

Just signed up for a larger unit. Moving in today.
Been a customer over a year and the employees here are very accommodating and the spaces are really clean and well priced.
Highly recommend renting here!

I have used Armrour Self Storage for 2 years to store my daughter’s college things over the summer months and would not hesitate to recommend Armour to anyone with short term or long term storage needs. The facility is close to NAU and is clean and safe. The rates are competitive, too. But the best thing about Armour is the professional and friendly staff. They have excellent customer service skills. Rent from from Armour and you will see what I am talking about.

The customer service provided at Armour is second to none. Lezlie is wonderful! The best part is that they don’t charge the pricey start-​up fees.

I work at a local apartment community and Armour Self Storage is the first place I recommend to our residents for their storage needs. They have a clean, safe facility and an amazing staff. Lezlie is friendly and makes you feel at home when talking to her. They are an A+ local business.

This is not a good place. I have been there a short time and my rent has gone up three times. They are often out of the office and I have spent a lot of time waiting for the people to come back. Thier customer service is average.

I have never needed a use for a storage unit previous to renting a storage unit at Armour Self Storage, and I’m glad to say that I landed in the right spot! The customer Service is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure that all operations run smoothly. Armour Self Storage has many different sizes of storage units available. As well as gated storage for extra safety, but they also have 24 hour storages for those odd hours that we may need to pick up stuff. If you need a storage unit, look no further than Armour Self Storage! :)

Having never used a storage facility on my own, I had no idea what to expect. Lezlie Paul, the manager, made the process as simple and friendly as possible, and I was extremely satisfied with this experience. I certainly plan on returning to Armour if my storage needs dictate I rent another unit

Ok, so it may be a little odd to review a storage unit facility (hence why I am the first to review). It’s just a place to throw your stuff when your stuff won’t fit in your place, right? And usually having that extra stuff means having moved all that extra stuff from one place to another – which ranks right up there with jumping naked in a tub full of scissors of things I really do not enjoy doing. Moving day is not much fun, but what an incredible difference things like local ownership, friendly service and dedication to quality can do to make it easier.
First off, the facility is immaculate. We’re talking CLEAN. There are multiple sized units for storing stuff large and small. All of the area is covered by closed-​circuit surveillance and a maintenance/​security employee who regularly patrols the grounds. Payment was easy and convenient. Every time I went into the office the front desk staff and owners were always gracious and nice.
Best part is that Armour is involved in the local community and it shows. They have great discounts for local businesses, and it’s cool to have a place live up to it’s reputation both in quality and customer service. Must be a Flag thing… hope these guys are around for a long time :)
