Book Nest Toy Store

History

Established in 1996.

Babies to Kids was birthed when my mom, Sandy, and I saw the need for quality baby items in Flagstaff. So our first store, Babies to Kids, was born out of necessity; and a bit of fun!

Later, we added our toy store, Book Nest Toy Store. Now watched those babies grow up right before our eyes as they come into our toy store to find the perfect treasure!

Then, we began to focus on our teachers and parents, so we added Northern Arizona Teacher’s Supply. Educational books, manipulatives, and etc were brought in to help with enriching their children’s learning experience!

And, yes, there was a 4^th store added! Book Nest Paint Your Own Pottery! The focus is for a creative place for families and individuals let their imaginations go! We supply everything for locals to come and make masterpieces!

I should mention that all four businesses are located next to each other! So when you come visit Babies to Kids, you can venture into all of our stores!

My mom, Sandy, and myself opened «Babies to Kids» when I was pregnant with my second son — almost 20 years ago! In those 20 years, we’ve opened «Book Nest Toy Store», «Northern Arizona Teacher Supply», and recently «Book Nest: Paint Your Own Pottery Studio» along side our baby store. Since it’s inception, it’s been an absolute joy to serve the parents, children, and teachers of Flagstaff, Arizona, and I’m very much looking forward to the many years more to come!
