Giant/Conoco

I stopped in today to grab some monsters. The cooler was out, so I grabbed a cup with ice. The cashier grumpily told me I would have to pay 1.49 for the cup. I asked if I could pay 0.10 for the cup so I could drink my monster. She said the cup was fine so I had to pay full price. I then asked if I could get the drinks at a discount since they are fine. She said no. I then asked if I could speak with a manager. Again an attitude. I was nice the entire time. She came back and said no discount because the maintenance guy was working hard. I laughed and asked why the attitude. She said she just got to work and I was putting down her product. Worst experience ever in a gas station, convenience store.

Having gone to school in Flagstaff for years and recently returning for a visit, I can say that this Conoco has had one of the cheapest gas prices in the city. The other things to note about the place is that homeless people do often hang out in the parking lot, and that it can be a lot cleaner inside and outside.

Not the cheapest place for gas in Flagstaff. We gassed up here, did the bathroom break and got back on the road. The bathrooms are not the cleanest either. When I got a mile or so away driving through town I fond gas a lot cheaper.

Cheap gas, skanky people!
It’s usually the cheapest gas in Flagstaff.
But…It’s an, um, fertile place to people watch. No shortage of vagabonds, and shifty eyed, nefarious characters.
Did I mention the gas is cheap?

If driving through a decent spot to use the bathroom, however not the best options once in side for snacks.
