I’ve been to Dr. Ree a couple of times and I wish my optical insurance would change so I can go somewhere else other than JC Penney Optical. They are always understaffed and on top of that Dr. Ree is rude and does not have good customer interaction. When the store is busy, she does not assist staff at all, even though there are 8 people waiting.
I am to the point that I will schedule my optical appointments in Phoenix to have more choices from my insurance.
I refuse to be treated this way again! I gave it another chance as the first time may have been a fluke, but being treated the same the second time, shame on Dr. Ree and JC Penney Optical!

Dr. Ree delivers a thorough and highly professional exam while she talks to you like a human being, helping you understand any issues with your eyes. She is a wonderful eye doctor. She is at Penny’s Optical and Sear’s Optical. If you are new to town and looking for an optometrist, go see her. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ree.
