This was my first ever tattoo. I wrote the word that I wanted tattooed on my collar bone on a piece of paper and gave it to him, «Allons-y!». Bobby Rock was my tattooer and it took him about 45 minutes to draw the stencil for my tattoo. I was completely nervous because this was my first ever tattoo and I had no idea what to expect. As he was finishing up I saw that the stencil only had one«l» and that was how he put it on my body. My tattoo was misspelled and I was a little freaked out. He saw that the stencil was wrong and was really mad. It was already too late to try to mess with it so he told me to come back Monday because someone who had more experience would be there and he could figure something out. Monday comes along and I go in to the shop and explain what happened. All I get as an answer is that they don’t think they can put another letter in there and they are not sure they can fix it. He told me to come back n a couple of weeks and see what they could have drawn up. He didn’t even know if they kept the drawings from when I got it. He didn’t seem to care that one of his tattoo artists misspelled a word that I gave him with the correct spelling. I was so disappointed that I went to another tattoo place to get their opinion. This place suggested a cover-up because the lettering is so bad on this tattoo. I will never go back to Lowbrow and I am telling anyone I know who wants a tattoo to avoid this place. My first ever tattoo is ruined and I already have to figure out what cover-up tattoo I will need.

This location has had a lot of tattoo shops in it over the years and I can’t be happier with the new ownership. Friendly, super professional, and great artists. It’s also nice to see that they have artwork from local artists for sale, a great way to support the community. I’ll definitely be going back, and I’ll be sending my friends there as well.

DONOTGOTOHOLEPUNCH!!! This place is horrible. I went to get my ears stretched from a 00 to a 7⁄16. Should be a simple stretch. I should have walked right out because the guy was obviously stoned, I could smell it and he looked blitzed. He was totally unorganized and even seemed confused when I told him I was a t a 00 and wanted to go up a size, he had to look up what size was next. Red flag, I should have left at that point, but I’m stubborn, it was the only open shop at the time and I have the weakness of needing instant satisfaction when I put my mind to something. When he finally got to stretching, he fumbled with the taper, and it hurt more than any size so far. He tried 3 times, then said, nervously that I might want to wait and use masterlocks to dangle from my ears to get ready to stretch them. WTF. He effing tore my ear, then tried again!!! He OBVIOUSLY has no clue what he is doing. Don’t ever go to Holepunch, it’s a joke. And whatever you do, especially don’t get a tattoo from this clown. HOLEPUNCHSUCKS!!!
