Niles Radio

I spent $ 2k to install a cell phone amplifier in Parks. They ignored the installation manual and the manufacturer’s recommendations and had the outside antennae transmitting over the top of the inside antennae. pointed in the same direction. That’s a no-​no. That places it in a constant feedback loop and shuts down the amplifier.
Their fix was to point the antennae 180 degrees out and toward a lesser strength tower. The installation manual states to point to the strongest signal.
Without a complete disassembly and re-​wiring, I’ll never know if it had been installed correctly whether it would perform optimal.
Disappointed. I shouldn’t be reading the manual to the installer.

Customer service still lives! Wow, what a change in the usually frustrating chore of buying a new cell phone. First, let me explain Niles Radio. They are local. They have been in Flagstaff since I was a kid. They are an AUTHORIZED Verizon dealer. That means you can do all of your Verizon business there, whether its chaning your calling plan, seeing what you are currently paying or buying a new phone on upgrade. They said they match competitors prices, and not only did the guy I worked with match the price he knocked off another ten bucks just to prove they are the price leaders for Verizon in Flagstaff. Now lets talk customer service. I am not the best when it comes to technology, so when I finally made the leap and bought a smart phone boy I am glad I went to Niles Radio. I got to sit down at a desk and ask as many questions as I wanted and I ask alot of questions! He was patient and not only was able to answer all of my questions, he walked me through the steps until I really felt comfortable with my new smart phone. They are located in Sunnyside behind AutoZone so they are a destination, not some get em get em out kind of place like Best Buy or Walmart. Thanks Niles Radio!

I was in a pinch and needed some help installing a new CB radio rig on the RV. Kelly, the owner, helped us past closing to get the job done. He was incredibly friendly and talked us through things as we went so we could adjust and repair in the future. It was a real top-​notch install and I have been chatting with truckers on 19 ever since… C’mon!
