Performance Staffing has had the privilege of serving Flagstaff, Arizona and the surrounding communities for over 20 years.

We have been an active member of the Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, and are locally owned and operated.

At Performance Staffing, we take pride in the fact that we are the only employment service in the area that is not connected with a national chain. This makes us more responsive and flexible, allowing us to focus on our client’s needs.
