Wow this place is horrible. My daughter lived here with one of her friends and the management is some of the worse in flag! They don’t even care for the needs of their tenants because they know it’s a college town and can get plenty more money from individuals. Due yourself a favor and save your money for something a little nicer or even cheaper than this crazy place!!!
Just because you respond to a bad review doesn’t make it any better. I would like a full refund of the horrible 9 month lease I did!

Do yourself a favor and don’t live here. The management creates ridiculous requirements for no good reason. For example, they do not provide ample bike racks for residents yet threaten to tow your bike because it is chained to a stairwell. They allow plastic chairs outside on the patio but not lawn chairs. And mostly importantly, they neglected to inform me that when it rains, runoff from the street actually prevents you from reaching your apartment building. The office staff is completely unwilling to accommodate you or your concerns. And, given the turnover rate of their representatives, it must be a lousy place to work for. I look forward to moving out very soon. Again, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live.
