Woof n Purr has groomed my two dogs for several years and I have been somewhat satisfied. It is convenient for me to place them there on the way to work. When I picked up my dog I was charged an inflated price which did not match the menu displayed on the wall. When I inquired about the price I was told that it has been a five months since I was last there and that her hair was long and took time. The owner spoke indignantly. This practice is not stated in their policy and was not explained to me before or after my dog was groomed. I had to ask why the price was so high. Just to give you a visual; my dog is mid size (about 40 pounds) and does not have long hair, She is a cross between a German Shepard and a Golden Retriever. I will not return.
