Ever heard of one bad apple spoils the bunch her name is Jessica. I went with my 6 month old twins and 5yr old daughter. I inquired of time frame to be called after being triaged and it lead to me being called stupid by her. I was just trying to beat the rain due to me not having an umbrella and with the babies. I’m a mom over anything and I almost got carried away, but I snapped out of it and told her I will right this review so she spelled her name for me like this J E S S I C A !!! Followed by a photo I’m such a photographer lol. In conclusion the place was well maintained, Doctor Huggins was awesome l, and the nurse station help me with my crying babies, when I had to get urine sample for my oldest child. I will stick to my 1 star rate because I was insulted in front of my youths and I’m a hard working mom of 3 and military wife. Yes I would go back just to get corporate info and make sure she’s no longer represents that company.

Went here for the first time and was very pleased. The staff was courteous and professional, and I appreciated that the doctor took time to answer my questions. The facility was clean and spotless. The wait wasn’t too bad — about half an hour on a weeknight — which is much better than my doctor and (of course) the ER. So glad to have this place in the neighborhood!

People need to understand an urgent care is going to see people quickly but there are times if there is a serious case in the back the doctor might take a little longer then usual. People like to be in and out but hate when they are rushed in the room. So we have to be fair here plus 1 HR or 2 hrs still beats the er so lets me Logical. As a person who works in the medical field I understand perfectly and they are an awesome team from what I seen when I went in. Quick, polite, sufficient! Great urgent care keep up the good work!

My experience here was amazing. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, especially Alice, made the experience even better. I went in on a Friday evening because I needed to have a PPD shot done in order to start my new job on Monday. I came in, filled out a short form and was quickly taken to the back to have it placed. The whole process took no more than 15 minutes. I returned 2 days later on Sunday to have it read and had the same short wait and processing time. I would definitely recommend ModernMD.

I was really happy to see that something like this opened up around the corner from me.
It’s a pretty nice facility and modern indeed. It seems to be kept very clean. Let’s hope it stays that way.
I went in for a minor issue. Front desk was very friendly. 30 minutes later, I was called in for intake. The very kind male nurse was kind but I’m going to bet I knew more about my condition than he did.
Modern MD, you boast short wait times but I sat in the room after vitals for another 30 mins. I was there for almost 2 hours for something very simple.
We are not off to a good start. Speed it up.
