The WORST customer service and by that I mean NONE. Sent multiple e-​mails to multiple addresses and multiple phone calls leaving messages and NOT a single one returned! Antenna (HD 2605 Ultra) and «J pole cost me $ 93.50 and picked up only two snowy channels after many attempts to tune it. Had to file a dispute with paypal and send it back costing me $ 28.00+. Site always advertises «SALE OF THE DAY» B. S… SAME SALE STILL GOING ON. Antenna is basically PLASTIC with some aluminum pieces the consistency of a beer can. Cheaply made and does not work. Supposed to be 150 mile range… more like 150 yards but the worst is customer service. I beg you find another company before you give Antenna deals your business!

Buyer beware! If I could give a negative 5 stars I would, This is the worst Internet purchase I have ever made. Their no-​hassle return is a sham. They don’t answer emails, nor the phone. They strongly encourage calling «customer service» for Lava Electronics at a (909) area code rather then return the product and Lava are just as bad if not worse. I ordered an antenna 10⁄13 and it was delivered a few days later. The antenna worked but the G3 rotary controller did not work with the remote, A replacement controller (did not work at all!) was delivered from Lava along with a 2nd remote. That was sent back 11⁄3 and now 24 days later nobody will take responsibility for getting me a product that works as advertised. Lava electronics 2605 Ultra id cheap, Chinese-​made plasric with very poor switches and product QC.

DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company!!! I bought a LAVA antenna from them on Dec 24 2014. It didn’t pick up anything. I spoke with them on Jan 12. They said to send it back to them which I did on Jan 13. They said they would refund my money if I gave them my Paypal transaction number which I did. I have never received the refund. I’ve emailed them many times and never got a response although their website says they will respond in 24 hours. I’ve called them many times. It goes immediately to voicemail saying the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. What kind of business is that??? I’ve been working with Paypal to resolve this. Somehow Paypal was able to reach them. Antnnadeals told Paypal they would refund my money but hasn’t. Paypal is re-​opening the case for me.

I ordered a LAVA HD8008 OmniPro Omni-​directional Outdoor HDTV Antenna that says up to 150 miles. It severely under performed a directional antenna that was rated for 45 miles tops. When it came in two screws were already striped out of the mounting bracket. When I uninstalled the antenna because it did not perform well the rg6 connection unscrewed out of the plastic housing. This antenna is sub-​par and antennadeals overstates its performance. I could not get anyone and had to email them. The antenna was defective and poor quality and they want me to pay the freight back. Well that is not going to happen without me filing complaints.
I will re-​post once they state their position. Stick with Amazon for better customer service.

This is the second product I have purchased this year that was worth every penny I paid for it! Took about 2 minutes to install and works great. We are using it as a back-​up to our satellite input, but can see very little difference in the quality of the pictures on our local stations. We receive a total of 9 local or nearby stations. Thanks for making a quality product.

I ordered one of their antennas and the website said that it had a range of 75 miles. It barely picks up a 15 mile range! When I emailed and asked about an exchange, I got no response. Their website touts a prompt reply to emails. After these 2 blatant lies, I wouldn’t consider anything to be truthful on their site. Next time I’ll be smart and order from Amazon at least there I know I can get a refund or an exchange!
Update to my previous comment, it took awhile, but I finally got someone from their customer service dept to process a refund for me. I appreciate the effort that she went to in order to make that happen.
