They need to improve customer service. Came in to talk about adding my tablet to my service plan. They just want to sell me a new one. They must must be kidding. I bought this one in March. Stop with the overkill sales techniques. Such a turn off to wait for a long time and be cajoled into buying their stupid gadgets when I already have plenty. I wanted a question answered not, buy more product.

Unfortunately AT&T could not help me in my quest to separate from Comcast, but the sales associate was helpful and friendly in trying to point out options they could offer me. Having read previous comments on bad customer service, I was pleasantly surprised and would definitely return here for future needs.

Went out to miller rd store about 2 wks ago to get 3 new phones and new contract. Have been with at& t when it was Cingular. Was told to what a few wks. because they would have a better offer. I really though they where doing me a favor. I have had plenty of issues with this store before. Well come to find out it is going to cost me more now. Well hello Verizon. After 20 yrs. I will be switching.

Probably the worst AT&T store in the chain. Unhelpful, bitchy employees who would rather scream over customers than let them talk. I went in for an upgrade. I made an appointment, yet I had to wait 15 minutes to see someone. This woman started explaining the new upgrade stuff, and the second I asked her a question, she just got up and walked away. She came back with this manager who sat down with a piece of paper and started acting like a shady used car dealer. This woman then BERATED me because I had the NERVE to think that I should get a discounted phone in exchange for my 2-year commitment. Then when I asked her why she was being so condescending, she completely shut down. She gave me a bullshit line about how«this is how wireless works all around the world now.» I explained to her how wireless works in England, and how I can take a £10SIM home from there and get access to both AT&T and T-Mobile’s networks for an entire month anonymously, and she said«Well, you should do that then» and dismissed me. «You expect me to come up with a third option for you, and there isn’t one.» Well, there was. I walked out of there fully committed to canceling my service thanks to this manager and her awful staff. Avoid this store like the plague.
