Just about as bad of customer service you can get. They have 50 people in line and only 2 employees and only one office in flint. We are only here for our mom. We have AT&T uverse at home at they rock. This is like a Russian food line before the cold war.
Ok a follow up. The line went fairly fast and the girl that helped us was super nice. The bad part is others said they were waiting outside in the cold the line was so long. They don’t have enough staff or a large enough waiting area and it’s 20 outside.
