Mr. Cooley was born in Flint, Michigan, where he has practiced law since 1960. He has resided in Grand Blanc since 1974. A graduate of Fenton High School, Albion College and the Duke University School of Law, he has served as President of the Genesee County Bar Association, President of the Flint Estate Planning Council and Flint President of Child and Family Services of Michigan. Experienced, respected and caring, Mr. Cooley has been awarded the legal profession’s highest rating (AV) for ability and integrity by Martindale-​Hubbell.
