Kevin J. Gaffney M.D. P.C

While I liked Dr. Kevin Gaffney I am basing the bulk of the review on the overall experience.
Ok you walk into the waiting room at Karlene Dermatology and it is so full that there are NO seats available. People are sitting behind the counter on office chairs and standing outside waiting to be called. After waiting for an hour and fifteen minutes I finally get called back to and examination room. I asked the nurse if it is usually like this. Her reply was «Yeah we see over 120 patients a day»
So that justifies over booking? Bad office management?
My nurse was rude and short. Showed up late for my examination and I had to wait for her to finish talking with other staff before she got my file updated so that I could leave.
Dr. Kevin Gaffney was professional and friendly. The building was clean and well maintained.
While waiting for my file to arrive at the front desk I again asked if this was normal. The girl told me that, «Yes, yes it was and that as the day progresses it gets much worse.»
I do not understand Medical Offices that disrespect their clients to the point of overbooking.
