Horrible company to do business with, they do not like to work with customers when there is an issue, The owner seems to be bothered while he’s talking to you, he could use an attitude adjustment. We’ve given him plenty of sales the last few years and he would not work with us on a mistake that was made. After meeting the owner I would never recommend Ray block for even a pencil purchase. My company will never buy anything again from Ray block. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else… l

To be perfectly transparent, I work in a small family owned company 10 minutes away from this store, but I have always been blown away by the level of customer service Ray Block provides.
We drive right past Staples to go to Ray Block, and it is worth it. Custom stamps, high quality printing, and very fairly priced office supplies. Also the easiest place to go to with Blumberg forms in stock for us.
Ray Block is also a great dealer for Xerox, and always has parts and machines in stock ready to ship. Given the cost factor of some of these machines, it really helps us as a small business knowing we have support a few blocks away, and we can try machines in the showroom before we buy them.
All the staff is great and easy to deal with. The young man who manages the storefront operations is a pleasure to work with.
