This used to be one of my favorite post offices, there were two young girls who kept the line moving at a good speed, and were helpful and knowledgeable. I have not seen either one in a while and lately, the line takes forever! I have to clear my schedule before I make a trip to THIS post office, the Post Master should take more time to train his staff on customer service, and the services that USPS provides. I now make my way to the New Hyde Park post office instead.

Its a great full service post office. The self service lobby is open from 8am-​6pm, while the main office is open M-​F 9 – 5, Sat 9 – 12.

Disappointed that the postmaster did not assist us in taking pictures for our baby’s passport. Did not realize an appointment was need to take a picture!!!
