Would rate a zero if I could. Undercooked fish. When I called they said they use a timer and had no complaints. That was the end of the conversation.

If you want to try smth nasty and ruin your lunch or dinner — visit Captain D’s. They serve raw fish, they do not care that it is dangerous.

I somehow managed to go the first 34 years of my life without trying Captain D’s. That was mainly because I never lived by one, but it was also a big mistake! They have the best fried fish around. It’s always flaky, tender, and delicious. The sides are really good, too. I like the cole slaw and broccoli. If I had to nitpick, I would say that their hush puppies, while quite tasty, are too big. They could be half the size and I’d still be happy. I usually end up ordering more than I need and eat everything. Maybe next time I will toss one out the window for portion control.
