Chung Vicki DMD & McKee John C DMD

Folks, had I found Dr. Chung years ago, I would not have experienced the worst dentists in town. This office, the staff, and Dr. Chung are top notch. If you are in need of a good quality dentist and hygienist, (Bev has been cleaning teeth for 30+ years and you do not feel a thing), this is the office. My teeth and gums thank you. I am a patient for life.

After the significant other threatened to leave me if I didn’t go to the dentist (I hadn’t been in about 5 years) I had no choice but to bite the bullet and schedule an appointment. I thought my teeth looked fine but if you would talk to him you would think I had a meth addiction for the past few years mixed in with a couple of boxing matches. I allowed him to be the guinea pig and find a dentist in the area first. He really enjoyed his experience here and I booked a visit soon after that. Getting an appointment was easy and I didn’t have to wait long. They worked me in within a few weeks when other offices I called had about a 2 month wait. The front office staff was organized and efficient and they confirmed my insurance and had me back in the chair in a matter of ten minutes. The dental hygienist was very good and had my teeth sparkling in no time at all after some sand blasting, poking, and prayer. I only had 3 cavities which I consider good for a 5 year absence due to my medical education and crazy work schedule. On my return visit to get my cavities filled the experience was much the same (which is to say very good). I would highly recommend this office to anyone in Florence who needs a dentist. Dr. Chung is is very easy going and highly capable. I am a medical professional myself and would recommend all my patients to go see her. Sadly I will leaving Florence in a few weeks and I doubt I will find anyone quite as good wherever I move.

Excellent office — just had a checkup/​cleaning here today and it couldn’t have gone smoother, or the front desk staff, hygienist, and Dr. Chung been friendlier. I dislike «chain» dental office mostly because they tend you make you feel like a just a number; my experience at Dr. Chung’s office was the complete opposite, making it one of the most pain and problem free dental visits I’ve had (no cavities doesn’t hurt, either).
Easy 5 stars — I’ll be referring this office to those I know in the FLO.
Quick location tip, office is located on the south side of Cashua, opposite Delmae Elementary — otherwise it’s not hard to find.

First off let me say that I usually hate going to the dentist (so much so that I avoided it for 9 years) but I had my first appointment with Dr. Chung today and it was amazing.
The staff is so friendly that it really eases your nerves. I came in for a routine cleaning today but they found cavities and Dr. Chung offered to take care of them today.
Dr. Chung has a wonderful personality and an incredible knack for distracting you from whatever procedure she’s doing. I had two cavities drilled today and it went by so fast because she was telling jokes and bantering with her assistant the entire time.
Don’t be fooled though, she was certainly paying attention to what she was doing because the fillings look great. Long story short, you don’t have to be afraid to go to this dentist because she’s wonderful.
