First time having Eddie’s was at Taste of Cincinnati downtown. Food was great! Service was horrible. Very rude individuals working behind the booth. Six people, like took 20 minutes because of inefficiency. Something to consider next time they do an event like this. Corn was excellent, pulled pork was great, and a friend got the ribs and they were super meaty.

To be fair, my rating is only based on my experience at Taste of Cincinnati. Simply put, we paid about $ 20 for unseasoned meat and dry brisket. I know this was just a sampling but I think I’ll just stick with Eli’s.

Great food and a great place! We enjoyed lunch there and look forward to inviting Eddie to cater for us. Don’t miss out in the peach cobbler. You won’t be sorry!

Mr. Eddie catered a large family/friend Oktoberfest yesterday. His hog roast was by far among the tastiest pork I’ve ever had! Home made bbq sauce on the side, very well balanced with a hint of spice and smoke flavors. Great sides as well– mac & cheese, southern baked beans, and oh so good green beans did not disappoint. Best of all Eddie was a delight to have around. Kind, fun, and a real gentleman. Keep him at the top of your list for catering!

Mr Eddie has some of the best BBQ I’ve ha north of the mason Dixon line. He is a great guy, has great food, and was great with the kiddos.

If you’re lucky enough to catch Eddie’s open, ya’ll are in for a treat! Delectable BBQ and sides better than Mamaw’s. He does mostly catering, so call ahead if you are hoping for dine in or carry out. Sir Ed will not disappoint! P. S. dining room is small, and it may take a bit for the food. Well worth the wait!
