Jeff did warranty work on my Frigidaire washing machine. My washer had already been looked at 2 other times by other companies that Frigidaire had sent out. Jeff was the only one that (A) showed up when he said he would and (B) actually fixed my machine. I felt that he was very honest with me. I also appreciate that he is the owner and the tech. I like knowing that I will get the same person each time. I highly recommend using this company for repairs.
