We purchased a vehicle from this dealer and within two months the transmission went out. It was taken to have the transmission fixed and we were told that the codes were already in there that there was a transmission problem before we bought it. It had 58,000 miles and Ford should repair it. We had bought a secondary warranty from this company. The secondary warranty company refused to pay and said ford should cover it. After two months of arguing, I paid the bill for $ 2000. I immediately traded in this vehicle to get rid of it. I canceled my secondary warranty and the refund check went to Midwest. They refused to give me my money back because I owe them for service on a vehicle which I do not have. They sent me half of my money. They make up bill so they do not have to refund you. They also sell bad vehicles that they know have problems. Do not buy or service any vehicle here.

Be very careful! Midwest auto store is very good at making you think your being well taken care of. Do your research on the vehicle you are buying. The owner, MJ, will make sure the deal favors his side more than yours. Also he’s known to put crappy parts on cars to make them run long enough to be sold. With that being said, some of the cars on his lot are really nice, just do your research!!! Go in knowing exactly what you want, and demand the answers and information about your vehicle.

It’s a perfect place to purchase used cars since they have their own skilled repair shop and with every car they sold, they guarantee for life time the transmission!
Anna was my representative, she was very willing to help. Also everybody there will help you if they have time and they are doing good job.

I felt like our particular dealer was not very professional. I was very happy with my car however as soon as I left the engine light came on. I took it back they turned the light off & then a few days later it came back on. They had to order parts & it turns out they sold it to me it’s a headlight out as well. Also I had questions about thing I had to do because I had used a cosigner but even tho I called & left several messages they never returned my calls.

Excellent place to purchase a vehicle. From the time I emailed about an suv on the lot to the time we purchased it Kyle Clifton was more than helpful with everything. I really like the casual atmosphere and no pushy sales person trying to talk you into something you don’t want. Joe was excellent to work with on our loan. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will be returning to MidWest.
