Spa De Vie

I went n and asked if someone had time to see me. They asked if I could come back in 20 minutes, no problem. I am greeted by Gina. wow waves at me from her chair and says sit. Then the first thing she says is «oh did you get your hair cut at great clips» I said no I didn’t. Then she proceeds to tell me she’ll fix it. Boy did she. wayyy to short went crazy with the razor. When she got done it was disastrous. She was on the phone and distracted tried to make small talk but just rude. I have never had an experience like that. Charged me $ 35.00 for what not sure. Would not recommend. EVER.

Went in to schedule an appt for a spa package and I was told to come back in a week? It seems like a hair salon more than anything else inside. I didn’t go back so I don’t know what the service is like.

I got an eyebrow wax & tint and Sandra did a great job. The wax was painless and the color was a perfect match. I will be back.

Went to get a «express facial» and a mani pedi while my mom got a facial and massage. I went back for my facial at 9:45 and she was done by like 9:55 a.m. an express facial is supposed to be 30 minutes. Once I got out the other lady was like «uhh that was really quick so they took me back again and she did some more random stuff for another 10 minutes. What was supposed to be a 30 minute facial turned into a 20 minute random facial. I was not impressed. I don’t like to be mean or difficult but if I pay for 30 minutes I expect 30 minutes. My mom was supposed to get an hour long facial and massage and the facial girl once again rushed through and finished her hour log facial 25 minutes early! Like really?! Then she sat for an hour and waited for my mani pedi to be over. There were no robes or wine it anything a decent spa would have during the facial she used ice cold towels and barely any steam. It was probably the worst facial I have ever gotten. We went to forum day spa in march and it was wonderful and professional and exactly what you would expect in a spa. Go to forum day spa if you’re trying to have an authentic day spa experience. This place is more of a hair salon then a spa :(like I said go to forum if you want a real spa.
