Stonehaven Center of Balance and Well Being

I was suffering a series of daily headaches for over a week a couple months ago. I tried aspirin the first three days and it didn’t work. I tried getting more rest and taking an Epson salt bath to relax thinking maybe I was subconsciously stressing myself out (a few things going on in my life to deal with). Nothing seemed to work.
I called Mark and got an appt. I’d experienced acupuncture a few times back in Fla and really enjoyed my experiences. I was very impressed and pleased with my treatment at Stonehaven. Mark is very thorough with asking about my issues with headaches and any previous acupuncture treatments and making me feel comfortable with his knowledge of and treatments with acupuncture. By the time I was ready to leave his office, no headaches and they did not return. I’ll be calling on Mark again when I need his professional and caring services!

Mark Stone is an awesome acupuncturist. He has helped me with various health issues, and has also helped several people I have referred to him. He practices Classical acupuncture, which works better for me than TCM.
