We placed an online order here for our team at work. Out of a total of 16 sandwiches ordered, 11 were made incorrectly. It’s a sandwich, not a liver transplant. You can only make so many choices online(fewer than in the store). The people in the store didn’t seem to be able to follow simple directions like type of bread, choice of meat, and cheese or no cheese. Highly technical, right? The only thing worse than the sandwiches was the attitude at the counter when we tried to return them. You would think such a large order would indicate the promise of future business. Not here. You would be better served by going to the local grocery store and grabbing a pre-made sandwich out of their deli cooler. Sketchy food and a poor attitude gets this place a great big«AVOID!»

Wouldn’t take a phone order for take out. Very poor customer service. Not the usual subway experience. Don’t take the subway rewards card. Overall just a bad experience time after time…

No veggie patty? Wtf??! What subway doesnt carry veggy patty? I ended up ordering ½ tuna and ½ veggie delight. My tuna was fine. When the girl made my veggie sub I asked for mustard. She squirted half the bottle on my 6 inch sandwich. No joke. Like ran it up n down 4 times. I ended up taking it but now when im eating it a few hours later it is a soggy mustard mess thats unedible. I was complaining to my bf and he said his sub was loaded with mayo and mustard too. The staff needs more training. Im so annoyed right now.
