This is where my family usually goes when someone gets sick. The wait time is average for an urgent care clinic and everyone is very friendly. They always solve the problem and leave us with whatever prescriptions we may need.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are by far some of the rudest people I’ve met. The Dr. on duty acted like he didn’t even want to be there and the nurses did not have an answer for anything we asked them. Also when dealing with a child that has sensory issues you do not yell at that child no matter how they are acting.

I was so impressed. A very short waiting time, although relatively busy, very friendly staff, and wonderful doctor. I don’t have insurance, so they told me all the charges upfront and were as helpful as could be in relation to prescriptions too.

Waited average amount of time at an urgent care (although my boyfriend swears he has never had to wait at all), reception staff was very nice and informative, doctor was very helpful, got my diagnosis and script, accepted my insurance and I paid my regular copay. Will return when necessary!

I can’t rate them on their services because they wouldn’t see us. Arrived with my daughter @ 7:45 PM (They claim to close at 8) and was told they wouldn’t see us that night becuase there were already 3 other patients waiting. Staff was rude and unhelpful in finding alternatives. Even though it was close to home I’ll drive to the Pediatric Urgent Care in Chesterfield from now on.

They send you with your X-​rays on CD and the co pay with insurance is the same as a Dr’s visit!
