History

Established in 1984.

Garys’Auto Service was established is 1984 by Gary Pohlmann in a 3 bay facility on Florissant Rd. He moved the businees to its current location in the early 90’s. Gary retired in 2007 and sold the businees to it’s current owner Mike Moehlenkamp

Mike was born and raised in Florissant, Mo. He attended McCluer North High School, and in his early teens he discovered an interest in repairing and restoring cars. That’s been a lifelong interest of Mike’s, in fact, he continues restoring vintage cars today. Mike and his wife, Lisa have been married for 27 years and have 3 sons, Matt 23, Adam 20 and Nick 16. Over the years, with 3 sons, there have been a lot of basketball, soccer and baseball games, and Mike continues his involvement as a MSHAA basketball official and parent at Trinity High School. He is also very involved in North County CYC.
