Food is okay but I feel the menu is too large! I like going with a party of 2 or 3 bc the times I’ve been with more than that our food has arrived at different times and I hate eating before everyone at the table gets their food. Service is hit or miss.

Mattingly’s is consistently delicious. The Matt’s steak sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever had. It is Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and tender. Their pizzas are awesome. Their Philly cheesesteak is tender and delicious. Their burgers are tender and juicy. I don’t think I’ve ever had anything at this restaurant/​bar that was not delicious. This is a fun bar, with an outdoor smoking area. I would say that this place is a is a Florissant/​Hazelwood treasure.

I have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The cocktails are always good, the beer is always cold. The servers all stop by and ask if you need anything and they help each other out. My new favorite is the Tuscan chicken sandwich. But you can’t forget about the spinach dip or the pretzels… oh and for sure the Thai chile wings! I make it a point to stop here every time I visit my family in Florissant.

bbq burger is sooooo bomb and applesauce. and it’s super cheap for a good price, me and my hubby ate it for about a week straight bc I just had a baby and they were delivering to us everyday bc I was craving them lol

Sunday breakfast here is fantastic. Really good biscuits & gravy (has good chunks of sausage too), hash browns are ok but the pancakes & french toast are well above par. Sorry no pic, we chowed down too quickly to get one. Service is a bit slow but Sunday breakfast isn’t one you rush through anyway.

I went here for the first time this weekend. First of all, the service was very good. A waiter who wasn’t our waiter was as friendly and helpful to us as our own waitress. This is a good sports bar and grill. I saw that they had a party room which is nice for large groups. The dining room was packed. The food is pretty good and the prices are good. I ordered a side caesar salad, the ale-​battered shrimp appetizer, and 4 hot honey wings. Everything was good, however the salad had way too much dressing. I normally like a lot of dressing on my caesar salad but it was way too much for even my taste. The hot honey sauce on the wings was very good. I also ordered a cocktail which was good and strong! There were a lot of big screen TVs everywhere for people there to watch sports. I would go back.

If you want a place to come in and sit down and have a good meal while watching the game, you should go to Mattingly’s, when i go to Mattingly’s, i get there Cajun wings and they are the bomb, the pizza is pretty good too, i give it a 4⁄5 is because, speed has been getting slower over the years, but it’s still a nice restaurant

Jim Mattingly grew up in my old neighborhood. I have been going there for 40 years… They need new management or just shut it down. Really, the last time I asked for a plain burger they couldn’t even give me the bun! This time the skinny fried looked grease soaked worms! They really need to just shut it down as it isn’t the same place and obviously they can’t run one place, let alone 3! Don’t waste your time or money head for White Castles!

Building is run down, service is so-​so. Food was nothing special at all. This place is like a local dive that only the locals enjoy because they dont want to drive very far. Not worth the money or time.

I went just for drinks. Their selection of beers is just okay. We didn’t go for beer, but mixed drinks. They are some of the best pours I have ever experienced. Didn’t try any food, but if it’s liquor you want that’s what you will get!!!

My family eat via delivery from Mattingly’s weekly. Our favorites are the Western Burger with waffle fries, Chicken Florentine sandwich, Philly cheese steak sandwich, (appetizers) fried shrimp w/​horsey sauce or fried cauliflower, spinach dip and Dino nuggets for the kid.

I had been going to this place since it’s pretty close to home. Well, the last time my husband I were there the waitress came over and asked us weren’t we in their a while back and walked out on a bill. Ummm HELL NO!!! I never did that when I was a kid now that i am almost 40 years old I am certainly not starting! Outrage was the only thing I could say to describe the feeling! NEVER been so disrespected my husband demanded to see their video footage of these people that we looked like. They refused and tried to take out order. Needless to say we left and have not and will not return! This dumb waitress was probably looking for her beer money for the night and thought we were big enough suckers to fall for it. Not in this life time!
