Barb and her employees are so accommodating and really treat each pet with care!
I have a 4 month old miniature schnauzer whom I had attempted to groom myself, but with sub-​par clippers (don’t ever buy clippers from a box store! Terrible!), I could not finish his ears, and feet. Also, I was nervous to clean/​pull hair from his ears myself without talking to a pro. So I called and asked if they could take him and only do what I had left: clean/​pull hair from ears, clean up his feet. She said of course, and gave me a really reasonable quote. She also told me I could come by and wait since it would not take long.
Klaus and I arrived, and I explained my needs adding that I would also like his skirt (hair on his belly/​legs) brushed since the brush I had was not getting the mats. She took him and was very careful and kind with him since he is a puppy and not a big fan of being groomed. Since she knew I was going to be grooming him at home, she took the time to give me some really helpful tips, and even beckoned me to her station to show me on Klaus where/​how. So helpful!!!
Overall, a really great experience. She went above and beyond and only charged me the original price (which was very reasonable!) we talked about on the phone, even with the extra brush. He looked so handsome when he was finished! I will be grooming him at home, but I will always come back to Tails A Waggin for any extra grooming Klaus needs.

Barb, the Owner is such a sweet person and is always very accommodating. I have been taking my pets to her since about 1991. Most of her staff has been there forever which means a lot and they are just as kind to the pets. It’s a great place to get the pets groomed and the prices are more than reasonable.
