Excellent customer service! Went to buy mattress cover for my sister’s bed. They only had one on floor but went out of their way to go find another in warehouse, then on the floor in another department. Opened up cash register just for me, as there was a woman in front of me who had a whole wallet full of coupons! lol

Worst mangers and customer service I’ve ever experienced here. I love shopping at BBB. I had my wedding registry here and always get stuff for my home from their store because of their customer service and no hassle guaranteed! I just stepped out from here trying to buy not one Dyson but 2! For gifts overseas. One of them was marked wrong the display said 319 and the other display was a different price two displays one purple one pink. We grabbed the purple one. When it rang up 350 I asked the checker how much it rang up as she said 499 $ she was very nice. The manager over heard she asked another manager to go and check. The price said 319 $ she said that’s not for the purple one I said there’s only one purple and one pink. And that’s the price right there that he brought. Very rude and abrupt. She went to go check. While the other manager did the right thing and Said we will get u the right one at this price. This one is the animal, which was the only one under the display and there was not display for the animal upright. Needless to say she never came back to apologize or talk to us. We told her forget it and check us out with the other one. Hate this BBB which is very unfortunate because it’s a brand new store. I wanted so bad to love it.
