My mother bought a three visit package with this establishment for an alleged 50.00 deal.
The first visit consisted of a consultation and the taking of X-​rays, 2^nd was actual treatment and 75.00 (surprise) out of pocket to perform the actual treatment and the third; the most disgustingly unprofessional hard-​sell chiropractic that could ever be imagined by the doctor himself.
They will tell you you need X, y and z and that you’ll need 3 – 5 treatments a week at 75 dollars each. When you ask why it isn’t a normal copay, you hear that they aren’t in network (but you did go through a rigamarole on day one discussing what treatment is covered.)
I challenged this by stating that every area chiropractor has either zero or forty dollars copay (this leads me to believe they are not filing.)
I explained that I am a working mother that I can not allot that much time nor money (who would shell out 75 per visit, 2 – 3 times per week?) I asked if it was always 75 and was told more or less, I asked why the variation and what the high and low end was and was told, again by the charlatan doctor that it depends on the care they deem required (shots, acupuncture, machine usage, etc) and that they couldn’t tell me what the weekly would be. I believe the doctors, not the kind admin staff, but the doctors themselves are at least scam artists, at most,.definitely defrauding customers and if they file at all, certainly insurance companies.
My mother was out of pocket 50, I was out of pocket 75., for only my one actual treatment.
My mother decided to not go there at all after my visit even though she had spent the 50 for herself as well.
–Total out of pocket 175 for the family,…
–Saving time and possibly 4K-​7k per person (that we do not have). As they say,.priceless.

This place is beautiful but they are shady with the billing and initial treatment. They wont tell you your diagnosis until your 3^rd visit. They make you come back so they can keep getting paid. I felt like I was being strung along for the money. It felt sleazy, I knew I was being played, I actually told the Dr he seemed shady, on my 2^nd visit because he dodged my question about the results of my x-​rays, that I took on my 1^st visit.
They did the exact same thing to me that Christine mentioned below. They told me that my treatment would cost $ 6500 and it would all need to be paid in cash because my insurance did not cover any of the treatment. I am never going back here no will I refer anyone to this practice.

I had my first experience at a chiropractor office and I’m thankful it was with Dr.Starin. The staff was very warm and personable and treated me as If I had been a patient for years. I met with the very helpful case manager who gave me a tour of the nice facility before my exam. After meeting the doctor he was able to relate to me the expectations of his services as well as educate me on my body. I completed his new patient treatment plan and my results were successful and now I look forward to future sessions with him.

This place was VERY impressive at first. They are VERY organized and high tech! HOWEVER they are incredibly shady. The previous comment about a used car sales approach couldn’t be more accurate!!! My quote was for around 4200 as well And they wanted me to make a decision right there. They were shocked when I told them I need to take a day or so to think about it. I asked if anything was covered by my insurance and asked for the codes to double check. They would not give me the codes. They made it seem like my insurance didn’t cover the care when in fact after I called my insurance I found out that that is not the case! It’s that the providers that supply the «extra care» beyond the chiropractic care don’t work w insurance so it’s all on a cash basis. Super shady! I will not be returning!

These guys are awesome. They take really good care of you and care about your overall health. They have definitely fixed my back issues and I feel a lot better as a result of their care. Thank you family care for great service.
