I got a mani pedi there the other day, they were nice but you have to be super nice if they’re gonna give you so-so service. My toes looked good but the girl who painted my finger nails rushed and they looked so bad… after she painted them she just walked away and didn’t put top coat on them, I sat there for a good ten minutes before I said something and the owner(I assume) came over to do it. Once she finished my topcoat she just walked away and didn’t say anything. The prices are way too high for bad service, I won’t be going back.

I love this salon! Before I went in vacation I got a mani pedi. No color on my fingers. and french on my toes. They didn’t quite understand but their services surely did make up for it. I’m a dancer so they just gently got my callus. My manicure was wonderful. This is surely a place to go.

I have been to a lot of nail salons and plenty of times had my daughter with me for a «mommy and daughter day». I am gonna No other place like Highland nails! This place is the best!!! I called at 6:25 pm and had my two little ones with me I asked to if they had kids chairs she said yes! I said can I go in now? She said yes! Nd omg I came in they took care of me and my two girls so well and they didn’t rush! The most important thing! They also care to give service to my little girls! Not like other places they ignore them bc they aren’t getting a real pedi!

I don’t know why other people are complaining; that place is ALWAYS busy! The best salon that I have been to since I move here. Their pedicures are INCREDIBLE especially when they use the warm stones! I like how they actually spend time and not rush just to get it done like other salons that I know.

There are nail places on just about every corner around here, but I will always use Highland Nail. They do an excellent job, everything is clean & sterilized, all the techs are friendly, and service is consistent. No the cheapest place to get your nails done, but it’s worth it.

i Have been going to Highland nails for 10 years. They are great. Ive gone to other salons where my nails are toast in a week. My pedicures from Kim last a month. She’s amazing.

WEDDINGNIGHTMARE: As of June 2nd I stopped being a regular customer after begging the owner/manager to get a nail tech to fix a large chip on my 3 day old Gel mani thumb prior to my rushing to my daughter’s wedding. I was told to wait for the original nail tech but that she was busy with another customer and that I was NOT allowed to talk to that nail tech. Three days earlier the owner did a great job upselling waxing my entire face including my eyebrows, upper lip, sides of my face, but no one saw any difference except for a drain in my bank account. I had protected my Gel mani as I had experience with it in the past, but this large chip occurred on the wedding day to alert me that the owner is so greedy. I ended up rushing to the Church trying to hide my thumb during the entire time that the photos were being taken, being so well aware that the chip was not repaired at all. If I could give no stars at all, I would do so. (I am Mrs. David O’Brien)

I received the worst pedicure I have ever had from this nail place. In addition, the customer service was awful! They barely spoke and had a rude tone when they did. I normally go to another nail salon in Flower Mound but was in the area and thought I would give Highland Nail a try. Big mistake!!! Save your money and go elsewhere.
