WILL NEVER AGAIN GO TO KWIK KAR OR KWIK KAR BUSINESS AFFILIATE! I went in for an oil change here and they charged me $ 71 for a Nissan Altima 2.5S (Synthetic WO20 Oil). They said they could do my vehicle inspection for $ 40 and that this was the general price for the area. I denied this request and called other places in the area and asked for their prices regarding the oil change as well as I believed they had charged me just a bit too much. Other places in the area said they would charge me $ 12 – 20 for the vehicle inspection and $ 15 – 35 for the oil change. This business grossly overcharged me for the service and I believe because I am a young female who they knew they could take advantage of.

Rude. First they did not know what oil to put in my car and they asked me if I should ask my dad (as if he had bought my car?). The oil change went quick and they called me to let me know. They parked my car and left it unlocked and told me the key was in the car… Thank goodness the lady at the desk didn’t know what she was talking about because I had to go back in for the key that she eventually found shuffled on her desk.

I went in for a safety inspection. After I drove to the DMV and waited in line for a half hour I discovered that the Kwik Kar «technician» had forgotten to put the VIN in the inspection report. I returned to Kwik Kar. I told the manager that «I’m angry. After driving to the DMV, waiting in line, now I have to drive back there and wait in line again». He said «why»? I said your technician forgot to put the VIN in the report. He took it from me and walked away, didn’t say a word. The technician then came out, read the VIN from my car, wrote it on the report, handed it to me, and walked away. Not a word. Not only did they waste two hours of my time but I didn’t get an apology, sorry we screwed up, wasted your time, anything. Inconsiderate bastards. I won’t go there again for ANY kind of service if that’s how they treat customers.

I love this place. Ended up coming here because my car needed a whole new transmission. They kept me updated and it was done for a very very fair price! Here again for another issue and they got me in and out right away! They are knowledgeable, kind and fair with their pricing!

I appreciate the courtesy that I received when I had my oil changed here. I didn’t know they sold Amsoil, which is the only oil I use, and brought in my own oil and filter and they happily changed my oil. They did let me now that they stock the oil so from now on I don’t have to make a special trip to pick up the oil first. Friendly, fast, and fair, you don’t see that very often. Thanks

Honest and quick. Not always the least expensive but they will usually try to match or may have a coupon they will let you use. It doesn’t hurt to ask. The new owner (last couple of years) has really improved the customer service and attitude. Very quick for oil changes and state inspections.

So after a nice trip in Cali, I had to come back to my Honda Accord 05′ that would refuse to start. I have a self jumper but even then the car would not budge. I took it to Kwik Kar the next day to find out that the new radio I had installed at Car Toys was not installed correctly.
Apparently they had placed the wire into my anti-​theft alarm system as a power source which is what was draining my battery constantly. I got this diagnostic from Kwik Kar and I decided to go to the dealership for a more thorough diagnostic.
I took my car to Honda and they had quoted me almost 2000 for my right rear shocks, bushings, radio fix, and a lot of other car lingo I could not understand.
I decided to take it back to Kwik Kar and the manager himself advised me that the only thing that needed to be fixed was the right shocks. Everything else was fine. So to fix both side of the shocks it cost a total of 580. I saved tons of money because of this place.
I will be taking my car to car toys next to fix the wiring issue. They will be solving the issue they created for free 99.
We all know that dealerships have the tendency to jack up the prices on car parts but 2000 was just ridiculous.
Kwik Kar employees are honest, real and direct-​not a place that trys to sell you something or pressure you into doing the unnecessary.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who is having car issues. The manager definitely runs this place well. Hopefully I won’t have to be back but if I do, this will definitely be my first choice. (as long as it’s under the same management)
