Slow as phuck! I came in for a first «welcome» to the neighborhood wash at 10:40 on a Sunday morning 4÷25÷16. There were 5 cars ahead of me. I got the business class. 24 minutes later as I see several clients that came after me leaving with clean cars I go inside to check on where the hell my car is! The clerk goes to check and as she’s «checking» I see my car barely entering the wash! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I hope the owner sees this! Clerk ones back and tells me «it’s just going through the wash now»…NO, no other explanations but that it was going through the wash now. I politely walked out and now I’m sitting and typing my review as I continue to wait! No future discount, no explanations no nothing but HORRIBLE service!!!

If getting a great full service interior & exterior cleaning in a comfortable, professional environment is important to you then I can recommend this establishment. Everyone here hustles, the waiting area is nice and relaxing, and they did a great job on my car today. I recently relocated to north Las Colinas up near Valley Ranch and all the other car washes in the local area have such poor ratings, or are only DIY or partial service, that I was struggling to find a good place like this. They did a great job on my car and despite it being a bit of a drive I’ll definitely be making this my go-​to full service car wash place. If you’re a college student or otherwise on a tight budget then you might not like the price, but as a professional I didn’t consider it expensive or out of the ordinary for the convenience and quailty ($ 28 for the 1st Class interior & exterior cleaning)

I hardly ever write reviews but I was so impressed, I had to! I went here the other day because my son hid an opened marker under his car seat. I just asked to get my seats shampooed and they went above and beyond! I had to wait about an hour but the waiting room is very nice so it didn’t bother me. Not only did they clean my seats, they cleaned my car inside and out! It wasn’t a full detail (which isn’t what I wanted), but they vacuumed my car, wiped down my very dusty dash and made the outside of my car so clean! I couldn’t believe it! I will be a customer for life! Thank you Kwik Kar!

I am updating as Bill from KwikKar got back to me about my review. He was kind enough to let me know that on weekends they are never too busy to fix something that’s been forgotten, and also if I’m uncomfortable with the station that’s on, just ask and they will change the TV station. I am changing my review from 4 to 5 stars because any owner that cares enough to read his reviews and respond out of concern, is a business I want to continue to support in our town. Thank you so much Bill and I look forward to seeing you the next time I’m in.

I just left there. My seats were not vacuumed. I still had dog hair all over my seats. The inside was not cleaned very well. Still had dust or residue from the towels they clean with all over my dash board. Had a sticky residue on my front windshield. When I ask the man who cleaned my car he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. Called the office and asked for a manager, the lady responded he is busy on the floor that I could leave a message! I will never come back here. Don’t waste your money!!!

asked for the deal that is clearly stated on the board «$ 39 for express super clean» and was told it would $ 10 extra; all I wanted is a simple wash and wax. Next thing I know, prices started getting modified and added for extra ‘à la carte services’. Horrible experience and will never be back — just a total scam!!!

I’ve used this car cleaning service twice – both times the interior of my car looked dismal due to dog sick. They won’t clean up the vomit for you (because, gross) but after you’ve done your job and cleaned it out they will make your car go from nasty to brand new – and fast!

Over the 6 plus years our family has been coming to this location we have spent thousands of dollars at this car wash from washing 3 different cars and a boat. The majority of the time they do a decent job but there have been times that I have waited over an hour for a «business class» wash. Today I went in with my free ($ 7 value) wash that I earned for spending $ 650 on new brakes and oil change at their sister lube location. When I arrived the owner greeted me and informed me that he cant honor his coupon because I had excess mud on my vehicle. I was confused because although my car was dirty it was by no means excessive. I posted a picture on their Unilocal home page for you to judge for yourself.

For the amount of money they charge for car washes here you think there would be better attention to detail. I don’t think that’s too much to expect when you’re paying upwards of $ 20.00+ for a car wash. The last couple of times I got home and noticed a lot of streaks and dirty spots they just flat missed. So the next time I went in I mentioned it to the staff member who was taking my «order». He said, no problem, we’ll have the drying staff hit certain areas of your car with an air hose to ensure no more streaks and we’ll double check for dirt areas we may of missed. The result that day was good. Perfect job top to bottom and the staff member took my initial comments and concerns with a smile and solved the problem. I went back a couple more times and was in a hurry and forgot to ask for the double check when they dried it and as a result more streaks and missed dirty areas (primarily by around the lower tire areas on the car).
I went back last Sunday and this time my «order» was taken by the owner. I thought, great, just the guy I need to talk to. I made a point to mention about the streaking etc. what he said next stunned me, and as a result neither my wife or myself will ever go back. He said, «Maybe you need to talk to the manufacturer of your car about that. You see all of this moulding here and here (pointing to areas around the vehicle, a Volvo XC90 BTW) water gets under here and we can’t help it if it streaks, it’s the manufactures fault, not ours.» Needless to say I was absolutely speechless that this was coming out of the mouth of the owner of the place. Notwithstanding he didn’t just say, no problem, we’ll hit it with the air hose and take care of that, like the last time I brought up the topic with the staff. If my vehicle wasn’t so dirty I would of asked him if he talked to all of his customers like that who brought up minor issues and left immediately.
I’m all for supporting local business but when the owner of a company is that rude to a customer, it’s time to look elsewhere for better service.

Customer service is great on the front end which is why im giving 4 stars. Always makes it a pleasant experience to where i almost forget that my car sits unsecured with the door open and keys in it when its done and im still having lunch at culvers. They give you a claim receipt but theres no one there to give it or any tip to. Management should look into this procedure as its a huge liability issue and makes your customer not feel like they can’t entrust you with their car. The actually wash and intetior clean is ok but ive had better for less money. Its close to work and restaurants so i go here for the convenience on my lunch hour.

90% of the time they do an excellent job and the new management is really customer service oriented. The only issue I ever have is they dont always do a great job on the wheels, so inspect them before you leave
They now do hail damage repair as well and their detailing service is top notch at a reasonable rate.

Came here for the first time, and overall it was an OK experience. I purchased the Business class car wash package ($ 21) which includes wash, hand dry, triple wax, vacuuming, windows and a few other things. Overall the results were decent, but it seemed like they were going for quantity and not quality. There were quite a few water spots on the rear of the car, lint stuck to the exterior (I guess they don’t use lint free towels), and they missesd quite a few spots while vacuuming. I keep pretty good care of my car so it wasn’t really dirty inside or out but I just decides to spoil my car a bit. In the end it probably wasn’t worth it, if my car was a mess it would have been.
Now for the good. The staff were extremely polite, which is a huge bonus in my opinion (which is why I gave 4 stars even though the results were mediocre). The waiting area was lean and very comfortable, with TVs, reclining chairs, and a few sofas. The service was pretty quick, but with the results I understand why it was so fast.

I am so glad I decided to come here! I had an incident with milk spilling in my trunk on the way home from the grocery store last week. I was afraid I couldn’t get that stench out of my new car by myself. At least not effectively.
So I pulled into Kwik Kar because I knew they did detail work and would be able to shampoo the stink out. I was fully prepared to have to pay $ 30-​$ 40 (the posted price for a full car detail/​shampoo) JUST to have them do the trunk. It’s a new car, and I don’t often have passengers… Didn’t need a full shampoo.
I explained what had happened to the nice younger guy that walked over to help me when I drove up. He asked how big the trunk was (not big). He said he would shampoo the milk residue and stink out of that one area for just $ 5! I was so impressed and grateful, I bought a car wash. Even though I thought it was going to rain this week, I bought a car wash.
So for $ 20, I got the stink shampooed out of the trunk, got the inside vacuumed, and got a great wash and dry.
I really never expected anyone to do an off «menu» detail like that.
Plus, my car was ready so quick! I walked over to Chik-​Fil-​A to grab a quick lunch. By the time I walked back to Kwik Kar, my car was ready! Already done, even with a shampoo. Crazy.
I know that if you get your oil changed at the Kwik Kar lube across the street, they usually give you coupons for a free Kwik wash (no vacuum or hand dry), but I think there are also coupons for discounts on bigger wash packages. Woohoo!
