Panda Express

Well just tried to eat at panda express with the gift card that were sent to me from the corporate office after I reported the store for bad practices. Over half of the selections were empty. Truly sad…

Was running errands on lunch and thought I’d give Panda Express another try. My first experience wasn’t so great. On this visit, I ordered the two entrée (both beef & broccoli) and steamed rice. There were literally five small bits of beef, there were a few pieces of mushroom guess to make it look like more meat. I dislike mushrooms! There was no sauce at all and the broccoli was as hard as rocks. The receipt had something completely different on it than what I ordered which I thought was weird, same price. I threw the whole thing in the trash, wasted time and money. I won’t be back.

Have seen these places all over the states, but had never tried one. My experience with Chinese food chains is not a good one. After spending a long day moving, asked my wife to pick up something on the way home. She came home with panda. Not expecting much, I have to say it was delicious. Good American Chinese is next to impossible to find, and I hope my next trip is just has good. Couldn’t tell you what I had except to say it was yard bird. Not fried, but sauteed, and the fried rice with the carrots and peas was also good. My new go too in a pinch. Looking forward to trying something spicey next trip.

I have been asked why I would order General Tso’s chicken frequently. Here is my response: As an avid lover of Americanized-​Chinese food, I absolutely love Panda Express and the several options that this fine establishment offers. Every entrée, side, noodle, and cookie is definitively delicious. There is simply no competition when Panda Express is mentioned. My colleague once asked me, «What is better than Panda Express?». To which I replied, «There is none. Panda Express is the ultimate Chinese food experience.». When General Tso’s was released, I knew I must try this phenomenal beast of chicken. I thought orange chicken was unrivaled, until I met General Tso. His chicken gives orange chicken a run for its money, or more correctly, your money. The flavor of his chicken is perfectly balance. The sweet balances the spicy, and the salty is balanced by the sour. The quality of the chicken is undoubtedly of the finest breasts. I may have never tasted such delicious breasts in my years of a food critic. For this, I give General Tso props and a five-​star rating.

I gave this place so many tries! Absolutely the worst service and food I’ve ever had at a Panda Express! You’re better off driving the extra 3 – 4 miles to the Highland Village location where the food is hot and fresh! This place needs to bring in new management and team!!!

We don’t usually have bad service but this time was different, I assume the individual was the manager (older male) rushing to throw food into the containers mixing it up not listening to what I wanted including the lady behind me. It looks like I tossed all four of the items together rather than having separate items. Poor service. Poor food tonight too. Drying out in their containers waiting for the poor drive thru car to order the dish and get rubberized chicken with sticky sauce. Glad we went in until we got the service.

Stay away from this Panda Express. I don’t know what is worst the customer service or the old food they service. I will never eat there again.

Average for a Panda Express. Really annoying that 9 out of 10 times they don’t have brown rice. Looks like it’s mainly because they just don’t want to deal with it.

I really hate going to this panda. I’ve gone twice and have had bad service. If I am wanting panda, I’ll drive to the one in highland village near target.

Bad bad bad. Under educated servers. Dropped food on the floor and proceeded to put it back into my bag. Umm customer shouldn’t be the one to say this is wrong to do. All I can say about this location is drive 5 more miles to another store.

I made a Unilocal account JUST to review how horrid this place is. I came into the restaurant to get some food and the lady in front of my was complaining how her friend was in the hospital because she had to get two metal things extracted from her stomach that came from her meal at Panda Express. The manager she talked to said that it must have come from the thing they wash dishes with and he apologized. Of course I thought nothing of it and ordered my food and was on my way. A week later (today) I go through the drive thru and order my usual (a double order of honey sesame chicken with fried rice) and come home to find one of these metal things the lady was talking about. I am APPALLED and will NEVER order from this location again. I will be telling all of my friends and co workers to never go to this Panda Express, as you’ll probably end up in the hospital having to get these metal things extracted from your stomach! I have never been so disgusted with a restaurant in my entire life.

Well, this place is horrible. I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line for already 30 minutes. No exaggeration. (8 min later) totaling a wait time of almost 40 min. Ridiculous

Went through the drive through and ordered my food. When I finally made it to the window, she asked me what I ordered. I looked at her like… seriously? I told her what I ordered and she said she couldnt find my order. I told her that’s strange because you were able to tell me it was $ 19.11. She said… oh i’ll just take your order now. Then told me there was no rice. I asked if they were going to cook more… she said they didnt have any at all. I asked what kind of chinese fast food place runs out of rice? She just looked at me. I told her they sucked. She replied… I know. I drove off. Horrible business!!!
