As a specialty coffee shop, we serve single origin coffees from elite roasters in the nation to provide the highest quality offerings possible. We consistently extract our coffees to their sweet-​spot with precision, honoring our roasters and growers in the world. We have a growing baked goods program (including gluten free options) and a small lunch panini and quesadilla menu. We also have excellent offerings for the non-​coffee drinkers such as loose-​leaf tea, hot chocolate, smoothies, and other specialty drinks.

History

Established in 2014.

As a new couple in late 2012, we (Susan & Carlos) were looking for a family mission in which to invest. We had entrepreneurial desires, a desire to invest in the flourishing of our local community (Flower Mound/​Lewisville), and a passion for coffee and people. Starting a craft coffee shop was the natural result.

«TRIO Craft Coffee» was birthed out of the understanding of three fundamental elements we seek to optimize to provide the best cup of coffee: Water, Coffee Bean and Barista. We are convinced that as we optimize these three elements, it will bring joy and adoration to your life.

Our Logo is the number three in braille. As it reminds us that we were coffee-​blind. We lived in an environment with old and wrong information that misled us to wrongly define good coffee. We are here to walk you through this process of coffee enlightenment and our hopes are for you to be able to declare with us one day… I was blind and now I see.
