My first visit today and it’s a disappointment I came to open a bank account today and I noticed they have 9 offices and 4 ppl on staff 3 doing their own thing and one actually helping a customer and they keep telling me that someone will be right with me but it’s been 30 min now waiting and all I see is these three other spare ppl just looking around when they could be helping us. Apparently they said there is only one banker in the whole bank that can open a bank account. Very understaffed.
