Eagle Carpet Care

As carpet cleaning goes, Eagle was on point. My daughter was sick and made a mess on our bedroom carpet. They were out the next day to help us get the carpet back in order. The price was more than reasonable. I will use them again after the holidays and at my dental office.

Truly enjoy the work that this company does. They respond fast, they are friendly, respectful, and alway seem to provide you with any answer you may need. I have attached some pictures of an area by a door. The dog didn’t seem to like the 4^th of July fire works. Despite everything and the age of the carpet these guys were able to make it livable again.

Please DO NOT let this company touch any seams in your carpet. They clean carpet ok and show up but they do not know what they are doing when it comes to seaming carpets. I had them come out to clean a fish tank water spill that I had mostly cleaned up. I was leaving town and did not want to risk mold so I had my wife call them to dry the underside and extract and clean remaining water. A technician showed up and said no problem they would pull the carpet back in the closet leave a fan and clean the carpet. The owner Tony showed up and wanted to cut the carpet at the door I am guessing because it was easier. I was against that but had to leave to catch a plane. They showed back up to finish the job after letting it dry 3 days but when I saw the seam they repaired I was not happy and told the technician that it looked horrible but to leave it alone if it was going to make it worse. He did not and he tried to reseam the carpet and made it 10 times worse so the owner comes out and says they will have to do a saddle patch which now is 2 seams that look horrible. I will say when it was first done that it was wet and nicely combed it looked acceptable but the next day when it dried there was a huge difference. I tried to contact tony the owner and see if he wanted to try and fix it yet again he just kept saying we were ok with it when they left and that he was done. I then suggest he just refund my $ so I can have the repair done properly and he said I was out of my mind. As you can see in the response and response to others that there is a abusive and is dismissive trend toward this companies mistakes. I can guarantee the picture is 100% the way the carpet was repaired. and I never demanded my $ back only suggested it as a way for me to hire a professional carpet installer to fix the problem.

I bought a brand new house and within the first 2 months I had my dog rip carpet 2 different times in different locations. The first time Home Depot came out and did an amazing job. The second time a friend told me to call Eagle Carpet care as they clean her carpets … And so I tried them out. Well, it was dark and rainy and I was in bed in another room as they repaired the carpet in a bedroom… Once they left that I went in to the room I noticed how TERRIBLE it was and immediately called and emailed them. I had just had Home Depot repair my carpet in a different spot in my BRAND NEW HOUSE that doesn’t have but me and my husband in it … And they refused to come out and even take a look at it. After charging over $ 100 for a crappy job. The work Home Depot did you literally cannot tell where the carpet was repaired, but where eagle carpet care did you can completely tell. I even emailed the picture and they just blamed me for having a different shade of carpet which I didn’t. And accused me of having it in a high traffic area! In a house where it’s my husband and I and this is a spare room on brand new 2 month old carpet. I would never, and have never recommended them. In fact, I make sure I send everyone to Home Depot as their work is guaranteed and come out to look for free! Needless to say I called Home Depot a week after eagle carpet care declined messing up or sending out a guy who didn’t know what he was doing and Home Depot repaired it, instantly and again, you cannot tell the carpet was replaced. The person they sent installed the carpet the wrong way, charged me over $ 100 for a tiny patch and didn’t have the decency to even come back and take a look at it. Never again!

They came and cleaned my carpet and damaged the seam in my wall to wall carpet in my daughter’s room. I called them to discuss it and the owner came over to look at the damage. They tried to tell me my carpet was damaged, they used the word, «delaminated» and told me the Spot Shot I used to try and clean the stain loosened the seam. My rug is a year old. The seam was ripped by the carpet cleaner who told me he was going to «fix it.» The owner also told me he can fix it but he would charge me for the fix. I had to have my carpet installer repair it with a small rectangle.

We’ve has Eagle Carpet Care come out and clean our carpet several times. The work has always been outstanding. The show up when they are supposed to and do a great job.
About a year ago we called them when our house got flooded during the 100 year flood. They came out promptly and removed the water and even pulled up the soaked pad and took it away. A few days later after the dryers had done their thing, they replaced the pad and relayed the carpet. Everything turned out great and we had no mold or mildew.
